Step 5: Product Testing and Laboratory Evaluation
Product samples collected through the inspection process are tested in BIS-approved laboratories to ensure conformity to IS 12330.
After testing: Lab Test Report (LTR) is prepared by the laboratory. LTR is sent directly to BIS for technical assessment.
